Local Tax Updates: Local tax increases are on the rise nationwide, impacting counties, cities, and schools. Monitor upcoming budget decisions that could affect your business.

Surplus Property Programs: Check with your state’s surplus property programs for equipment and materials that might benefit your venue. These programs are often managed by State Economic Development Departments.
